Well...yeah. I've been putting this off for a long time but thanks to frequent reminders (i.e. nagging) from my main bear Iceleron, and finally caving and going for that also long-delayed eye exam, and yet another restless sleepless night...I am starting the procedure to get a proper sleep study done.

I've told work I need to get one done and will need to take some time off for a GP visit. I need the GP visit to get a referral and appointment for one of the sleep clinics. Then we'll see what happens.

Insomnia has been plaguing me all my life. That and having had no holiday since Feb 2007 is really really wearing me down at the moment.

Need sleep...

Ive really been thinking about that quite a lot, for myself, as well. It feels like my sleep apnoea is intruding on my everyday life now. I sometimes notice while im sitting or not doing much that i seem to not be breathing enough, and its been getting worse this last month or so.

I don't wanna go to a sleep centre yet tho... need to lose weight first. Thats the answer, i think x3
