Well your average 'christ'ian has very little understanding of the message good ol' JC was trying to give...
...so what is a 'christ'ian really?
Is it that small minority of the faith that understand being a christian is all about generally "love thy neighbour" and making the world a better pace by being tolerant, openminded and most of all nice to other people...
...or is it the predominant modern-form of mainstream christianity we see, geared around the principles of intolerance, hatemongering, misinformation (propoganda and using minority groups as scapegoats), brainwashing children into the faith, corruption, opposing any divergant faiths, persecuting alternate lifestyles and (in the case of catholocism) supporting an organised global paedophilia network.
I just don't know anymore.
When I was a christian, I was the first sort...which is why I didn't fit in with the modern church and eventually renounced the faith in favour of basic (and more sensible) agnosticism.
