Question 1. Why can I add myself to my friends list?

Question 2. Why the hell have i been added to my friends list by NOT ME?!?!

Like...i'm me, not one of my friends...does that make sense? No man is an island...but apparently that's because everyone can say "i'm not alone, i'm always hanging out with my best friend, me"

1. some people find it handy to be able to view their own entries on their friends list. that way the only have to go and view one page and can put other peoples entries on a timescale of their own life.
