Creative Writing

ristinI'm going to do something i should have been doing since this time last year. Creative writing.
Already, over the last 7 years i have put alot of work into my own little story setting/universe, history, plot, characters, and such forth...it's about time i got back to writing.
Why haven't i been?
Well mostly it's been writers block, with a side order of "but the net is more fun, and since i got the computer on already" and some "i think i suck" to wash it down.
I've been doing a lot of soul-searching and changing as a person over the last year, and doing a lot of absorbing of ideas and inspiration...rather than trying to produce anything myself. Well...one of my biggest creative outlets (if you can call it that) is explaining furryness to people (usually this means defending it first)...but that grows old after a dozen or so people. It was good to help me come to terms with it and what it meant for myself though...so it was worth bouncing words off a few closed minds, and i made a friend or two along the way as well.
I'm going to start by trying to do cre and also chat...let's see how that goes. Hell, it works almost ok with Tapestries ^_^
